Call Of Cthulhu Endings Guide – 4 Endings & Choices

The end you get depends on your choices:

Default Ending – The Ritual

The Ritual Ending is the Default Ending, so just make sure you are not making the decisions that will unlock one of the other 3 endings

Call Of Cthulhu Endings – Counter Ritual

To get the Counter Ritual Ending you need to do the Following:

• Perform the Counter – Ritual (trophy: Fight Destiny)
• Drake has to survive in the final battle with the Shambler (trophy: Companion in arms)

In this ending the main character will end in an mental hospital, as you can see in this video (min 13:36)

Call Of Cthulhu Endings – Sacrifice Oneself

To get the Sacrifice Oneself Ending you need to do the Following:

• Never drink alcohol (trophy: More Sober than Zadok Allen)
• Read all the books (3) (trophy: Complete revelation)
• Sander’s wife should know the truth (agree with Bradley)
• Answer 9 times in the R’lyehian language (trophy: Fluent in R’lyehian)
• Accept Drake’s help offer (trophy: Scholar of the unspeakeable) and rescue him during the final battle with the Shambler (trophy: Companion in arms)
• Kill Bradley (Chapter 12)
• Accept the Leviathan’s Knowledge
• In Chapter 13 refuse to eat Leviathan’s flesh, don’t take a weapon, and also drink the medicine
• Give a first aid kit to the cat and examine Mitchell’s corpse

In this ending the main character will sacrifice himself, as you can see in this video (min 16:30)
